6. Right of Withdrawal

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, where applicable.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging and resalable condition.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition to qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Product Quality & Warranty

Each FloraVale order is quality-checked before dispatch.

Product images aim to reflect actual colors, plant style, and appearance as accurately as possible. Variations may occur due to seasonal changes, natural plant differences, screen settings, or lighting.

Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, improper handling, lack of proper plant care, exposure to excessive heat or cold, overwatering or underwatering, pest-related damage after delivery, or pet-related damage.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Standard delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on destination.

Customers will be notified of delays or stock-related issues.

If delivery is not possible, a replacement or full refund may be offered.

11. Payments
